Self-use operating SOP

Create workitem	workitem-create	Capture goal, scope, repo path, and acceptance criteria.
Run precheck	perpetuald --once	Verify required tools and repository readiness.
Record implementation	developer-submit	Attach changed files and notes to the workitem.
Submit checks	selfcheck-submit / testing-submit	Record HTTP checks, release download checks, and local file review.
Close workitem	review-submit / merge-submit	Keep a clean artifact trail before publishing.

Current boundary

This is a personal/internal beta workflow, not a managed SaaS.
Use www.agentrail.tech as the canonical public entry.
Use mock mode for safe workflow validation unless live tool execution is intentional.
Treat commercial packaging and pricing as paused until explicitly reactivated.
